Playing with another dog is TORTURE for Dexter. He doesn’t like it when I play with Jersey and he is in the “time-out” cage.
BTW. C-SPAN is very, very boring coverage of the US Congress.

We punish our dogs with a firm tone and time out. That’s all they need and they fall right into line.
