INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN GIBLET BISCUITS DOG TREAT RECIPE
1 Pound chicken giblets
1/2 Cup juice from boiling chicken giblets
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1 Cup regular flour
1 Cup cornmeal
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 eggs beaten

Place the chicken giblets in a medium sized pot and add enough water to cover them.
Boil for about 30 minutes and set aside 1/2 cup of the water.
Place olive oil, eggs, chicken stock and boiled chicken gizzards in the blender.
Blend until well mixed, but not liquified
Then mix in the flours and cornmeal and blend again.
On a well floured surface, roll out dough to a 1/4 inch thichness and cut into shapes.
Place on a well greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a 450F oven.
These treats must be refrigerated to keep them from spoiling.
